Vtg Soviet Russian Folk Art Wood Figurine Set 3 Boy Playing Balalaika USSR Doll
Up for sale is a charming vintage 1980s set of three (3) matching Soviet-era Russian folk art wooden figurines depicting a boy peeking out from behind a traditional triangular balalaika instrument.
Each piece features vibrant, hand-painted floral decorations (classic red roses with green foliage) over wood-burned outlines. The bases are flat, allowing them to stand perfectly on display.
Condition Details: These figurines are in great vintage shape with nice color preservation. As shown in the photos, the unfinished wooden bases retain partial remnants of their original Soviet paper factory labels, and some feature faint handwritten production or pricing numbers from that era. No structural chips or cracks.
