This is a lovely vintage hand-painted bird figurine from Tonala, Mexico. It features the classic stoneware aesthetic with a soft matte finish and vibrant cobalt blue and earth-tone accents. Design: Decorated with traditional Tonala motifs including a large butterfly on one side and a stylized flower on the other. Condition: Great vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Note: There is a faint ink marking on the bottom from a previous owner/store. Aesthetic: Perfect for a bookshelf, mantel, or as part of a Mexican folk art collection.
