This a Vintage Fitz and Floyd Omnibus "Harvest Bounty" Salad Plate. This decorative ceramic plate features a charming autumn motif with pumpkins, corn, grapes, and apples, and was part of the Harvest Bounty collection produced by OCI China for Fitz and Floyd around 1993-1995. Features a raised, colorful design of various fruits and vegetables, including pumpkins, corn, grapes, and apples, characteristic of a harvest or Thanksgiving theme. Crafted from high-quality ceramic material with a glossy finish 7.5” It does have a small chip as shown in the last 2 pictures.
