It's Minnie Mouse in a green and yellow dress. She's on a gold background, certain spots in the picture when light hits it the picture appears to Glow or shine. Very cool picture for the Minnie Mouse collectible. It's stamped with the Walt Disney Productions mark. This item is a vintage Minnie Mouse foil art wood plaque from the 1980s and is a RARE Collectible. The art features a shimmering foil background with Minnie Mouse applied in epoxy. These plaques are typically associated with the 1970s and 1980s. It is a combination of wood and a foil art print finished with a glossy lacquer of epoxy coating. The item has "Walt Disney Productions" marked on the back, indicating its an official item! This measures 14 inches by 11 inches. This has been pre-loved and has a random light boo boo here or there.
