Vintage Twas The Night Before Christmas Candy Cane Books Holiday 1995 Santa RARE

This book is an edition of the classic Christmas poem "'Twas the Night Before Christmas", also known by its original title "A Visit from St. Nicholas". It is published by the "Candy Cane Books" imprint. The poem was written by Clement Clarke Moore and was first published anonymously in 1823. It is largely credited with shaping the modern image of Santa Claus, including his appearance and the number of reindeer.
