Carl Radke is a renowned American glass artist who founded Phoenix Studios in 1975, specializing in hand-blown, iridescent "lustre" art glass in the style of Tiffany Favrile and Steuben. Based in California, Radke is one of few artisans working with this difficult technique, featuring silver lustre, pulled feathers, and intricate patterns.
