1. Valentina has 1999 on the tush tag, Valentina was actually born (made) February, 1998 (rarity).

2. Valentina doesn't have a red stamp on the tush tag which indicates limited production not mass produced.

3. Grammatical error - the last line of the "poem" has an extra space before the exclamation point (!) at the end of the sentence.
