What a face! This vintage plate shows a girl from the turn of the last century. She probably had a partner plate, but it was not available. She has a great deal of crazing, but that kind of lends to her vintage charm. I am unsure of the dating on this piece. However, it is marked as being from Canonsburg ceramics, which is in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania..
