This vibrantly colored fish-shaped plate, likely made of terracotta, depicts a lively Mexican folk art scene. This type of pottery is often referred to as a "Mexican Fish Story Plate" or "storyteller pottery" because the painted imagery tells a narrative. This is a used piece. I am unsure of its age or origins. See photos for condition and size. I could find no cracks or dings. P2531.08
