I'm a jewelry lover. I grew up with 2 grandmothers that were jewelry collectors, so I tend to veer towards the vintage stuff from the 1960-1980s. Give me a giant blinged out pair of danglers from 1986 or a set of bright orange lucite bangles from the early 70s! I love it all, and I search for it....all over. Vintage Hand Painted Baked Enamel on Copper Flying Seagull Brooch Pin - 1.5 Inches Long
This is a BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE enamel on copper brooch. The brooch has the hand painted image of a seagull covered with a clear enamel coating. It has been backed to melt the clear coat over the hand painted bird. This brooch has an egg-like oval shape; more free-form. The blue sky background is BEAUTIFUL and perfectly matches the seagull image. This pin has some patina on the back, but the front is PERFECT! It has a pin back with a sliding C closure. It is about 1.5 inches wide.
