Hello! I’m so excited to be part of this network! My name is Ruth Guajardo and I live in San Antonio, Texas. I am not new at selling, my husband and partner, have owned a gift shop and gallery since 2001 called El Sol Studios. We are both Artists and makers, and of course collectors. We have However downsized and partnered with my BFF who also owned a shop as long as me and went in together instead and opened a space that holds both stores (Pulquerios/El Sol Studios. We have always had an insatiable interest in Vintage and unique finds, but our focus had been in Mexican Folk art, handmade and cultural gifts, jewelry and more, until recently. Vintage Hand-carved Japanese Tea Cup Saucer Chataku | Sanuki Bori | Set Of 10
This are rare Japanese Chataku (saucers) for tea service. They are used to stabilize and hold a tea cup. They are hand-carved and these are different from the ones seen online. These have a beautiful inlay/carved detail in the center of each one. These are traditionally made of Natural Urushi lacquered wood. They can be used as saucers, to hold your tea bag after use, saucer for sushi service, or group them to decorate a statement wall. Different, unique, full of history and mystery! These are a set of 10 pieces all together. Please let me know if you would like to split them and buy less, I would be happy to make a separate listing, however, they have to be in sets of 2.
