Such a fun piece! Studio pottery whimsical face wind chime/ mobile Unidentified makers mark. 1987 Legs are 6.5" long. Head is about 5" tall. I am not sure if the pencil is supposed to be longer and extend through his hand. Glue that once held the pencil in place has become dried out. Otherwise excellent vintage condition
