• Oblong, slightly wavy, ribbed sides, with bilateral ribbed handles, & bisque base

• Hand painted, glazed, decorated

Bill Campbell is known for porcelain pottery and vessels. His forms are wheel thrown, ram pressed, and slip cast. He uses in-house formulated crystalline glazes. The glazes are sprayed in layers that create patterns when fired.

Campbell received his BFA from the University of Pennsylvania, Edinboro.

In 1979, Campbell and his wife, Jane, founded Campbell Studios, located in Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania.

The couple retired in 2021, closing the studio & retail store.
