Hello! I’m so excited to be part of this network! My name is Ruth Guajardo and I live in San Antonio, Texas. I am not new at selling, my husband and partner, have owned a gift shop and gallery since 2001 called El Sol Studios. We are both Artists and makers, and of course collectors. We have However downsized and partnered with my BFF who also owned a shop as long as me and went in together instead and opened a space that holds both stores (Pulquerios/El Sol Studios. We have always had an insatiable interest in Vintage and unique finds, but our focus had been in Mexican Folk art, handmade and cultural gifts, jewelry and more, until recently. We just started adding a lot more Vintage, unique, quirky finds and we are just thrilled to join the fun online! I hope you like the treasures we offer, whether vintage or handmade by us. Schafer & Vater Art Nouveau Green Jasperware Cameo Wall Pocket Vase Vintage
This is a Schafer & Vater Art Nouveau green jasperware wall pocket. It is made of unglazed bisque porcelain, similar to Wedgwood's jasperware. The piece features a white bas-relief design of a woman's profile within a heart, accented with roses and bows. The vase is 7.5” tall by 3.5” wide and 1.75” in depth. It is in great vintage condition, no visible nicks or cracks, there are some “scuff” marks but they can be cleaned. Needs a good cleaning. Schafer & Vater was a German company that produced these items in the early 20th century. Please view all of the photos for overall condition. I try to describe my items as much as possible and photos are a big part or the description, including measurements not included in description.
