Mid-19th to early 20th Century Antique Butter Pat

Features a hand-blended three-tone background shifting gracefully between lime green, butter yellow, and a vibrant magenta. It is embellished with a delicate hand-painted rose on top and on bottom, and gold gilt filagree. The gold gilt is fading.. This is otherwise in very good antique condition. There is no makers mark. Today....You could use this for a tea bag holder, spoon rest w/ tea, individual condiments-olives, spices, etc. Or use it for a pop of color and interest in a decorative wall cluster or shadowbox display. It measures approx 4 1/8" diameter, 3 Oz
