Mid Century Cast Metal Crested Crane
Metal appears to be bronze. A magnet will not adhere to it. It does, however, have a hollow base BUT it weighs 1 Lb 6 Oz. So, it may be "spelter" which is a zinc alloy or a hollow cast brass or bronze sculpture. These were produced as decorative home accents, often in East Asia or as part of "Hollywood Regency" decor trends in the 1960s - 1970s. It is in mint condition. He stands 6 3/4"H, 4 1/2" wide, 1 Lb 6 Oz
