20" Vintage MCM Flower Power Bead Necklace, Blue & Pink Flowers, Double Strand

20” long MCM white beaded necklace, double strand and hand painted with pink & blue flowers. Decorative clasp (also painted) is metal, and the beads are a lightweight material - I can’t totally make out what the material is, maybe some sort of plastic? Near the clasp, there is a white string coming from one of the bead knots. Looks as though it can be carefully trimmed shorter without any damage to the necklace.
