Signed Rabbit Bowl by Mik and Ron | Hand Thrown Studio Pottery Stoneware

A hand-thrown stoneware bowl with a running rabbit at the bottom of the well, sold as a single.

The rabbit is reserved rather than painted: the glaze stops at its edge and the bare clay draws the animal, ears flat and forelegs reaching, in one unbroken line. The same pale clay returns at the rim and foot. The glaze breaks dark over the throwing rings and warms to rust low on the wall.

Signed "Mik and Ron" on the underside. Contemporary studio pottery, not vintage.

No chips or cracks noted. See photos for condition.

At home in a rustic kitchen, a primitive cupboard, or on an open shelf of collected pottery.
