VTG Trinket Dish Schumann Silver White Lattice Bavarian Mangus Altoona LOVELY!

This is a beautiful dainty white and silver Bavarian trinket dish made by Schumann. The dish is in excellent condition, the lattice is beautiful, and the silver hand painting (wheat? corn? feathers? and trim) has very little to no wear. It is marked on the back with the Schumann herald, but also with a hand painted letter M, and Mangus Altoona PA. I don't know if there was a jeweler named Mangus back then, or if this was the artist - I suspect this is from the 1930s or 40s - and the M at least is in silver.
