VTG Handmade Christmas Tree Skirt Santa Reindeer Line Dancing 44"

This vintage Christmas Tree skirt is in great condition without stains or rips. On one side Santas and reindeer are line dancing on a background of green, the fabric is attributed to Spring Industries.There is red fabric on the other side with fluffly material (interface?) in between the two cloth layers. This is machine stitched. There are 2 ties of made of thin fabric with santas on them.44 inches in diameter.
