This Welders Bracelet was made by my great grandfather, Alexander McChesney in Pittsburgh, PA in the 1930s-40s. It measures approximately 2 3/8" across x 2 1/8". The opening is approximately 1 3/8". And is 3/8" across. It is NOT flexible. I am not sure what kind of metal this is made from. The only thing I can say about it is that it is NOT magnetic.
