Vintage Welders Bracelet / Welding Bracelet (#1) - Handmade

This Welders Bracelet was made by my great grandfather, Alexander McChesney in Pittsburgh, PA in the 1930s-40s. It measures approximately 2 1/2" across x 2". The opening is approximately 1 1/8". And is 1/2" wide. It is NOT flexible. I THINK the metal is stainless steel, but not 100% sure.
