Vintage Studio Pottery Salt Glaze Ring Jug/Harvest Jug, Floral Design, Signed

This vintage studio pottery salt glaze ring jug/harvest jug features a beautiful floral design, signed by the artist who handmade it in 1979. This ring jug (or harvest jug) is 11.8 inches high and 10.3 inches wide. The salt glaze is beautiful, with a lovely floral vine circling the body of the jug. Made in the United States, this unique piece is signed by the artist and dated 1979. (I can make out most of the signature: A. Savannah DeZan...try). Traditionally, a ring jug was used to carry water, like a canteen. The jug is hollow and fillable, and would easily slip over your arm/shoulder. The ring jug is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear.
