Vintage Solid Brass 12" Owl Ruler Paperweight Figural Office Desk

Item is pre-owned and in good condition with no major flaws. There is some oxidation to the ruler which is typical for age and metal, it could be polished if needed. Smoke free environment. This is a fun solid brass 12" ruler with a figural owl that does screw out. This is nice & heavy to hold down papers or for measuring with both hands free of holding the ruler. Ruler measures 12" long x 1.5" wide. Owl measures over 2.5" tall x 1.5" wide.
