Condition: Some light scuffs and scratches along border. Some sticker residue on backside. The pieces that hold the back in are a bit tight and hard to move. It looks like the top part of the glass of this frame was glued in.

There is a glare on this item from the lighting. The white marks are not flaws, just results of the glare.

The circles along the border are dark blue.
