Vintage Rubel & Co Terracotta Bird Plaque Mold Hanging Dish Bowl 1970s

This listing is for a beautiful, highly collectible vintage terracotta decorative piece distributed by Rubel & Co. (circa 1970s/1980s). This unique piece features a gorgeous unglazed terracotta exterior on the front and sides, showcased by an intricately detailed, deep relief mold of a bird perched on a branch surrounded by a foliage border.

The interior/back of the mold features a deep, smooth, high-gloss caramel brown glaze finish. It comes ready to display with a matching red ribbon threaded through the factory-drilled hanging hole. It makes a perfect addition to any rustic farmhouse, country kitchen, or vintage bird decor collection. It is 6” in diameter and about 1 3/4” deep.

Condition: Excellent vintage pre-owned condition! There are no chips, cracks, or structural repairs. The unglazed front details remain sharp and clear, and the interior glossy glaze is smooth and bright. Some parts look a little darker, probably from how it was previously displayed. Please view all of the photos for overall condition. I try to describe my items as much as possible and photos are a big part of the description, including measurements not included in description.
