Pretty, velvet dress with eyelet lace on the cuffs and collar. There is a pink ribbon on the collar too. It is missing its size tag but it looks to be 12-18 Month size, see the pictures for more detailed measurements. In nice, vintage condition with a small stain on a back collar point (see picture)
