2 are marked Jen Sal (Germany)-the retracter, and Sponge Holder. The Scalpel is OLD. Blade and Handle are one! Has "Pat Pending" on it, Is not disposable! Rosen (?) 45 degree hook on pick (?)-Not sure of proper name...I would imagine from a dental office or perhaps a vet? Old OLD Box. Approx 5.8 Oz
