The item for sale is a Vintage Mandalian Mfg. Co. Mesh Bag Flapper Purse, which measures 3 3/4 inches wide by 7 1/2 inches long, not including the chain strap. The purse features an elegant blue and orange Art Deco design, which is enameled onto a white background and complemented by a silver-colored frame with an Art Deco pattern. There is some minor wear, with a few missing pieces on the chain fringe at the bottom of the bag.
