I’m a thrifter reseller and handmade jewelry maker. Ive been thrifting for 50 years. I started when I was 12 when I bought my first thrifted antique gothic style hematite bracelet. I still have it to this day. I love jewelry and search for cool items and love to create my own with mixed metals and stones. I collect vintage teapots and porcelain rabbits. I Love making jewelry as it allows me to express my inner love for pretty things. I also love the old cookbooks. Vintage Kralik Czechoslovakian Green Iridescent Ruffled Bowl
A ruffled iridescent glass bowl, likely made by the Kralik glassworks, a Bohemian (Czech) manufacturer active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Kralik glass is known for its vibrant colors and iridescent finishes, often resembling carnival glass, although the two are distinct. The bowl features a quilted pattern and a ruffled edge, common characteristics of Kralik's art glass production. The iridescent effect, likely achieved through metallic salt applications during the glassmaking process, gives the bowl a shimmering, rainbow-like appearance. Kralik produced a wide range of glass designs, and their work is sometimes mistaken for that of other manufacturers like Loetz. The term "Kralik" translates to "rabbit" in Czech.
