Not chipped but glass is not completely smooth on the inside upper rim portion. See last photo Pedestal sugar bowl measures just over 3 3/4 inches tall by 3 1/4 inches in diameter Pedestal creamer measures about 4 1/8 inches tall, 3 1/4 inches in diameter and 4 1/2 inches wide
