Vintage Huronia Pottery (Canada) Red Clay Vase, Navy w/Reflow Flame Drip Glaze

This vintage Huronia Pottery red clay vase features a unique reflow flame drip glaze, a distinctive vertical flame/streak effect rather than horizontal drip patterns used by other potteries. This style was made famous by Huronia in the 1950s and 1960s. The base glaze of the vase is a rich navy blue, with the vertical flames in white to light blue. Made in Meaford, Ontario, Canada, this earthenware vase stands at 7.2 inches tall and 2.2 inches wide with a glossy finish. The vase would work well for a small bouquet (the neck is .75 inch wide). This is a lovely piece!

The vase is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear.
