Vintage Hand-carved Japanese Tea Cup Saucer Chataku | Sanuki Bori | Set Of 8
This are rare Japanese Chataku (saucers) for tea service. They are used to stabilize and hold a tea cup. They are hand-carved and these are different from the ones seen online. These have a beautiful inlay/carved detail in the center of each one. These are traditionally made of Natural Urushi lacquered wood. They can be used as saucers, to hold your tea bag after use, saucer for sushi service, or group them to decorate a statement wall. Different, unique, full of history and mystery! These are a set of 8 pieces all together. Please let me know if you would like to split them and buy less, I would be happy to make a separate listing, however, they have to be in sets of 2.
