Vintage Hand Blown Large Art Glass Red And Glass Paper Weight It Glows Green With Controlled Bubbles

Vintage large hand blown art glass paper weight that glows green, with controlled bubbles. It weighs 4 1/2 pounds and measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter and is 4 1/4 inches tall. The pictures show a flat spot with a straw mark and one spot where there are several scratches. The bottom is not polished and also has some scratches. The last picture shows the green glow with the 390 black light. It is unmarked.
