It is blown glass as they do have internal bubble inclusions. It looks to be Made in Mexico. PLEASE NOTE: The brass holder in the last photo IS NOT INCLUDED but added to show what it would like on a candlestick holder. Condition: Preowned. No chips or cracks. Approx.
