Button holes have wear toward seam from use, would recommend to be stitched - see last photos for close ups. Also some thread wear present on seam edge between bottom button hole and middle - see photo . Inside armpit on right side is torn and needs to be stitched. Button holes are worn toward outside seam from use. Pockets on front are usable and have no holes.
