Vintage Flying Scary Witch on Broom Hanging Halloween Decoration Maroon Cape

Scary looking witch with wart on nose- hang in a prominent place to scare visitors upon entry. There is a battery pack so I assume she used to cackle or make noise though I couldn’t get battery case open to test- selling as is. Saw others listed as “Kasma” witch but no tags on this item.
