The base is square with rounded corners and stepped detailing, showcasing classic 19th-century English design. Marked 'ENGLAND RD 223580' on base. Condition: Pre-owned, one base has a slight lift or unevenness, causing a minor wobble when placed on a flat surface. It may benefit from a felt pad for leveling. No major damage, just age-related wear. There are light scuffs, tarnish spots, and minor discoloration consistent with age, which add to its vintage character.
