I love “fostering” treasusures then offering them up for “adoption” to others who will love and care for them like I would (for a reasonable adoption fee!)🤓 I love learning about the history of pieces. Learning to identify and value items is one of my passions as well.

Vintage Blue And White Slipper Wall Pocket

Shoe is rather crudely painted; probably a hobbiest piece. There are no markings. It appears to be ceramic with white glaze as base. Blue and black make-up the decorative image. There is a hole at the heel for hanging. Shoe portion can hold flowers, utensils, and other practical or decorative items.
