Vintage Bing & Grondahl (Denmark) Leaf Dish, "Seagull" #356 w/Gold Trim, 7.5"

This vintage Bing & Grondahl Leaf Dish from Denmark features their beautiful Seagull pattern along with gold trim and decorative accents. Made of porcelain, the serving piece measure 7.5 inches in length and 5.7 inches at its widest. Based on the wordmark (used from 1970-1982), I estimate this serving piece is from the late 1970s. It has an ombre effect with deepening shades of blue and a glossy finish. The gold gilt is on the rim of the entire plate, on the open sculpted handle, and on the eye, beak, feet and wingtips of the seagull. There is also an embossed cross-hatch pattern leading from the rim to the center of the dish. This pattern was discontinued in 1997. The Leaf Dish is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear. If you purchase more than one item, I am happy to combine shipping to save postage cost.
