Light blue hand blown cased in white vase. It has a darker base and the the top has an overlay optic swirl design throughout. Measures 9 3/4" tall 2 3/4",across the top, 4" around the largest part and3 1/4" at the base. In perfect condition. No chips, cracks or repairs
