Vintage 1990s Chinese Silk Suede Qipao Dress Black Embroidered Pink Floral

This is a beautiful vintage dress. I believe it is circa 1990s. It is just gorgeous! Flowers are embroidered. It’s a traditional Qipao or Cheongsam Chinese dress. I have tried to photograph all sides of this dress. Black is somewhat hard to picture, and it appears washed out in a couple of my photos, but it is not. It is bright and in excellent Gently Used Condition. The size is marked in Chinese, 160/84 A, which is roughly a 4 in USA. Please refer to sizing below. The measurements taken flat are: Armpit to Armpit: 16” Shoulder to End of Sleeve: 5 1/2” Shoulder to Floor: 40” Waist Across the Front: 14” Tag is marked in Chinese. Using a translator, I found it says the surface is 100% suede viscose, the base fabric is 100% mulberry silk, and the lining is 100% polyester. Fabric care is translated to Low neutral soap solution, temperature light wash, do not expose to the sun, iron at medium temperature and do not machine wash. The designer on the tag is translated to District Ocean, so I believe it is Ocean District. My items are stored in a pet free and smoke free environment.
