Meet Your Seller
Hi everyone! My name is Liz, and I started watching CLL (and other reseller) videos during the pandemic, and became hooked! I started in 2022 with a few online auctions and graduated to thrift stores, and listed a few things for resale to test the waters. In late summer 2023 I decided to start ramping up and working the biz every day, and started a YouTube channel in late 2023! Just mostly having fun right now and soaking in everyone's knowledge, and learning a TON! By day I work in marketing communications for a small supplement company. For fun I do nature photography and a variety of crafts (when time allows). I love being outdoors in nature, and I apparently also love the treasure hunt aspect of visiting thrift stores! I've found some really cool things so far, and I can't wait to share some of them here with you all! :-) If you are new to District, you can use my code, "LIZAR8" for $5 off your first Buy It Now OR Auction purchase of $10 or more, anywhere on Niknax! Thanks for stopping by!

BIN - Vintage 1950s Murano Bullicante Amber Gold Art Glass Tricorn Bowl - Scratched As Is
Beautiful, authentic mid-century modern Venetian art glass bowl and tri-cornered ashtray, produced in Murano, Italy, circa 1950 to 1960. This heavy piece showcases classic masters-level craftsmanship, featuring a warm, translucent amber-yellow body decorated entirely with a uniform, perfectly spaced grid of controlled air bubbles using the traditional bullicante technique. The thick-walled glass body is expertly manipulated into an elegant freeform tricorn shape featuring three smooth indents around the perimeter to serve as cigarette rests, measuring approximately 6 inches in diameter and standing 2 inches high.
The underside features a small, concave hand-polished circular pontil inside a flat polished base that allows the substantial piece to sit steady.
Please read the condition disclosure carefully as this item shows clear signs of previous use and is being sold strictly AS-IS. While completely free of any structural chips, cracks, or flea bites, the exterior glass walls and base exhibit an array of light surface scratches and fine scuff lines from decades of handling, with the most concentrated area of scratching visible in the provided close-up photo. These superficial blemishes are purely cosmetic, do not compromise the glass structurally, and remain a normal part of the vintage patina on a 70-year-old utilitarian object. Please review all photos closely to evaluate the surface condition before bidding!
