ART DECO 1930s NORITAKE 5297 Japan Pink Cosmos Gold Porcelain SERVING PLATTER • Includes the serving plate, platter, as shown in photos • Porcelain, hard paste, mold formed, round • "Pattern 5297" discontinued • Pink Cosmos, floral spray, transferware design - Pattern produced from 1930's - 1955 - Mark on back was registered in 1933 • Hand painted gold trim • Art Deco style • Printed stamp on back: - "NORITAKE CHINA, MADE IN JAPAN", around "M" in wreath • Morimura Brothers, Noritake • Mark registered in 1933 ** MEASUREMENTS ** • Total weight of all items: 1 lb 2 oz • 10¼" diameter ** CONDITION DETAILS ** • EXCELLENT, LIKE NEW, previously owned condition • Minor age-related wear to gold trim • No chips, cracks, crazing, or other damage noted • See photos for additional condition details
