Victorian Frosted Glass Lidded Powder Jar Hand Painted Beaded

Beautiful frosted glass hand painted in gold, black and white colors. Lidded power dish - appears to be Victorian glass. There is a small flea bite chips on the inside rim of the lid. Minor paint wear on some of the hand painted design. There appears to be a seam on the lid under the top point.
