Victorian 1800's Crackle Glass Decanter/Creamer ~ w/Stopper ~ Antique Hand Blown

Victorian crackle glass decanter, creamer, not 100% sure what it was used for ~ with glass stopper ~ antique hand blown with applied handle, spout also appears to be applied, cream color with brown stopper, handle and spout ~ satin finish ~ I believe from the 1800's, very unique piece ~ good condition with no chips or cracks ~ measurements in pics
