The "Square Lily" Neodymium Magnum Paperweight was designed by Sarah Peterson for Caithness Glass of Scotland around 2002.

Notable Characteristics

• Neodymium Glass Effect: The outer dome is crafted from neodymium (rare-earth) glass, a material famously known for changing color depending on the light source—often shifting between a soft lilac-purple hue under standard daylight and a light blue shade under fluorescent lighting.
• Interior Lampwork: The interior encapsulates an orange lily motif consisting of three distinct petals surrounding a distinctive square center. Three fine, protruding black stamens emerge from the core.
• Form Factor: It features a heavily sculpted, dimpled, and frosted magnum-sized dome that weighs approximately 3lbs!
• Markings: The underside is typically diamond-point engraved with "Square Lily Caithness Scotland".
