The Cat’s Meow Philadelphia 1988 Christmas Series VTG Set of 5
These are from the Philadelphia Christmas House Series. All 5 are stamped on the bottom with the piece title and signed and dated by the artist and company founder, Faline Jones. Each piece is 3/4" thick cut wood that has the house pictured printed in paint on the front and back. The house fronts are decorated for Christmas with wreaths, candles & garland. The sides and roofs are painted to match the house colors. A tiny black cat is painted on the front of each house and is a tribute to Faline's own cat "Casper" The set includes;
- Elfreth's Alley - 4 3/4" tall, 3" wide.
- Head House - 6" tall, 4" wide
- Graff House - 4 7/8" tall, 5" wide
- Hill-Physick-Keith House - 4 3/4" tall, 4" wide
- Victorian House - 5” tall, 3 3/4” wide Truly unique and beautifully detailed, these are wonderful to add to your Cats' Meow Village collection or great souvenir of your visit to a special place.
