Tapestry Collection Porcelain Duck Bird Figurine Hand Painted Gold Blue VTG

This is a vintage hand painted Tapestry Collection porcelain duck figurine. Made in Japan. Measures approximately 3" tall x 5" long. There is a little paint missing on one wing as shown in pictures. The bottom has a stopper, but there are no exit holes so I'm not sure what the purpose of it is. No chips or cracks.
