Studio Pottery Mug with Snowflake Decal Detailing

This is a small handmade mug that I found very intriguing when I came upon it. I liked the combination of the light blue glaze with the snowflakes. It's signed on the bottom. I think this may be a hobbyist piece from a "paint-your-own" studio. It measures 3.5" high and 3" in diameter. Thanks for looking!
